From household appliances, to electronics, to vehicles and children’s toys – products play a significant role in our daily lives. There are Florida laws and federal laws in place to make sure that these products are manufactured and distributed safely. But all too often, large corporations choose profits over people, and the results can be devastating.
Corporations need to be held accountable if their product designs are inherently dangerous, if there were mistakes made during manufacturing, or if the company knew the product was defective and failed to warn consumers. These companies need to take responsibility for their negligence and any serious injuries caused by their products.
