Kristin Bianculli
Kristian Bianculli is the owner and founding partner of Lady Justice Injury Law – a successful, highly experienced trial attorney who has dedicated my entire legal career to making a difference in the lives of my clients.
In some of Florida’s most hard-fought cases, I have demonstrated my legal skills, formidable knowledge, and strength of conviction. While the majority of my case verdicts are confidential, I’ve obtained for my clients numerous six-figure and multimillion-dollar settlements. And while those confidentiality agreements preclude me from identifying the specific corporations or amounts, the mere fact that a confidentiality agreement exists suggests that my efforts, on behalf of my clients, have generated financial awards large enough to spur the opposing side to hide the results.
Due to the complexity of my cases and the severity of my client’s injuries, I take only a limited number of cases at a time. That way, I can immerse myself fully in each case – spending time with my clients to fully understand their needs, aggressively advocate for my clients in court, conduct lengthy forensic discovery, and delve deeply into all other aspects of the proceedings. In the event I cannot take your case myself, I will strive to serve as co-counsel with another attorney.

She also represents those who have suffered financial injuries through class actions and insurance coverage litigation.
To date, Kristin Bianculli has obtained numerous six-figure and multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts for her Florida clients. Since joining Kelley/Uustal, she has personally obtained jury verdicts, either on her own or together with her partners at the firm, exceeding $50,000,000. While the majority of the multi-figure settlements Kristin has obtained for her clients remain confidential as part of the court-ordered settlement agreements.

Kristin’s passion for justice and advocacy motivated her throughout her education and legal experience. Originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University of Philadelphia. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in Florida.
Kristin joined the law firm Kelley/Uustal as a law clerk, later becoming the law firm’s first female partner and the youngest attorney to be named partner. She later established her own firm, Lady Justice Injury Law.
